Charles's career is shaped by curiosity and a drive to address big challenges through collaborative and creative problem-solving. He seeks out diverse perspectives and encourages innovative thinking.
In his roles at Autodesk, Charles has been involved in strategic planning, market intelligence, GTM, analytics, and product marketing.
With an MBA from ESSCA Ecole de Management, supplemented by courses from Yale, IDEO U, University of Sydney, and University of Illinois, Charles possesses a solid educational foundation. His dual French-American background, and time spent in the UK and Sweden, add a valuable multicultural dimension to his leadership.
Charles previously founded the boutique consultancy Zen Projects, helping B2B tech start-ups with marketing and GTM strategies. He has also held a variety of roles in government policy and consulting.
